Machika Foundation is focused on improving the learning of children in Uganda. This is because, nearly 50% of children in Uganda do not complete primary school due to high levels of poverty that make it harder for parents and guardians to provide scholastic materials and other support needed for children to stay in school. With rural areas of Uganda having poor school infrastructure resulting into poor performance, Machika Foundation is focused on initiatives like:
Provision of Scholastic Materials to keep children in school.
Provide sponsorships to children to attain education and training.
Provision of school infrastructure
Supply schools with simplified materials and equipment to aid learning.
Conducting community awareness among parents and guardians.
